Voyogram is an adults-only service for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Voyogram is a travel and social-connection platform operated by London Gezi. The service may provide traveller profiles, destination information, connections, messaging, travel plans and community content.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for giving accurate age and account information. Accounts believed to belong to minors may be suspended or closed.
You must use a valid email address. New accounts may be prevented from signing in or interacting until the email address is verified. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity reasonably attributable to your account.
Harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, hate content, promotion of illegal activity, unauthorised disclosure of personal data, spam and content that infringes other people’s intellectual-property rights are prohibited. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or a breach of these terms.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, technically reproduce, display and make that content available as necessary to operate Voyogram. You must only upload content you have the right to share.
Destination, restaurant, hotel, transport, pricing, opening-hours, availability and user-supplied information can change or be inaccurate. We take reasonable steps to provide useful information but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free. Third-party businesses and users remain responsible for their own acts and services.
You decide whether to meet or travel with another user. Voyogram does not identity-check, background-check or safety-screen every member unless a specific verification is expressly stated. Consider meeting in public, tell someone your plans and protect your personal and financial information.
The service may be slowed, changed or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security, capacity, third-party infrastructure or technical faults. We do not promise uninterrupted or completely error-free operation. Nothing in this clause removes statutory consumer rights or our obligation to provide paid services with reasonable care and skill where the law requires it.
We are not responsible for losses that are not caused by our breach, are not reasonably foreseeable, or result from the acts of users or independent third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update the service and these terms for security, legal, technical or product-development reasons. Where a material change is likely to disadvantage users, we will aim to provide reasonable notice. If you do not accept updated terms, you may stop using Voyogram and request account closure.
Some features may become paid or Premium in the future. Before any paid service starts, applicable price, renewal, cancellation and consumer information will be shown separately. Accepting these terms alone does not create a paid subscription.
We may suspend an account or feature where reasonably necessary because of a safety risk, misuse, legal obligation or serious breach. You may also ask us to close your account.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Consumers in another UK nation or country keep any local rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Your date of birth (both adults’ dates for couple accounts) is stored privately to calculate age and enforce adult membership. Other members and visitors see age only; the full date is not included in profiles or member responses. Age updates automatically on your birthday. You can see your own date in your account editor. Members cannot change their name, nickname or username; contact support for corrections. Profile type changes require a 14-day interval. One email address can register only one account.
Member verifications are voluntary statements that people have met in person, not identity checks or guarantees of safety. Comments are visible only to signed-in members, subject to profile visibility rules. Either person may hide the verifier’s name while retaining the count. Hiding a name does not remove names typed into comments. Administrators can review hidden identities and reports for moderation. Authors may withdraw their verification, and inappropriate content can be reported.
Tour guide applications store your first name, surname, nationality, spoken languages, phone and account email privately, and send them to info@londongezi.com for review. Only a site administrator may approve or revoke the badge. Contact the same address to request correction or deletion.
